Lisa Bader

Lisa gives lessons to the beginner junior students and mother-daugher pairs, teaching horse safety, grooming, tacking up, lunge line work, and the fundamentals of English walk, trot, and canter.  Her patience, thoughtfulness, and upbeat energy ensure that every lesson is a fun and positive experience.

Lisa grew up in Vacaville, CA and has ridden horses her entire life.  She is also the barn manager of SunFire Equestrian Center and lives on site with her family.  She is an essential part of the SunFire team!

When you do something too much, too long, it’s called drilling. That’s not a good word with horses. If it’s not perfect it's ok. We have tomorrow, we have next week. Don’t be excessive with the horse.
